GENERAL CONTRACTOR EXPANSION FOR RUSS & JANOT

(MERCEDES-BENZ) CAR DEALERSHIP, ERFURT

The Mercedes-Benz auto center Russ & Janot in Erfurt serves as an excellent example of managing a complex construction project while maintaining full operational status. We developed a spacious 2,100 m² showroom to present the latest Mercedes models in a modern and appealing environment. Additionally, we built a 200 m² back office and a similarly sized service reception area to optimize internal processes and enhance customer service.

The primary challenge was to execute the construction without disrupting the daily operations of the auto center. Through meticulous planning and adaptable coordination, we successfully achieved this goal and completed the project on schedule. This expansion has equipped the Russ & Janot auto center in Erfurt with top-notch facilities for both selling and servicing Mercedes vehicles.
