BAD ORB DAYCARE CENTRE – SUSTAINABLE TIMBER CONSTRUCTION

For the KLB Stiftung Bad Orb, we delivered the turnkey construction of the new Friedrichstal daycare centre.
Across two floors and a total area of approximately 1,424 square metres, a modern building was created that combines child-friendly spaces with sustainable timber construction.

In addition to the building construction, we were responsible for all interior fit-out trades, the façade, building services and furnishings. 
A particular challenge was the confined construction site, located in a valley within a residential area. Through careful planning and coordination, the new daycare centre was successfully completed.
