REDEFINING URBAN LIVING – THE 11DECKS COMMUNITY SPACES

We are excited to announce the completion of the 11Decks Community Spaces in Hamburg’s Überseequartier! This project has created modern, versatile spaces that offer residents of the 11Decks complex an exceptional quality of life.

Our construction services included the development of various community areas, such as a fitness studio, game room, office lounge, dining area, bar, clubhouse, coffee lounge, and silent spaces. Additionally, we integrated functional services like a concierge service, a 24/7 package station, and a workshop with rental tools.

Through meticulous planning and high-quality execution, we have developed a well-thought-out spatial concept that seamlessly blends social interaction, work, and relaxation. Another successfully completed construction project that redefines modern living.
